Política de reembolso

DIABODY will only provide a partial/ full refund or replacement for damaged & unusable items, when a customer provides  photo/ video evidence within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Every order is carefully inspected before shipping, meaning we are unable to offer refunds in cases where damage is caused by the customer.

If you have informed us of an item being returned to us by a courier before it has reached your doorstep, We may refund you for the item contents once the package is received by us if it is not caused by customer fault.

DIABODY is not liable for missed / lost in transit deliveries and you may be compensated by your local delivery partners upon request.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item/s have not been shipped yet)

You have the option to cancel your order only if you haven't yet received tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

In the case that you claim your order is lost, but the tracking information indicates it has been delivered / all the information in our database is accurate and confirmed by you, you will not be eligible for a refund.
